Leg feels fine - 3+ miles

Tonight was nice and warm (63° F when I left the house), and hardly windy at all. Perfect for a nice fall run.

I did my 3.7 mile loop, and tried, oh, how I tried, to keep a nice fast pace. I watched my leg and my right heel, which has been sore yesterday and today, but nothing felt out of place. I'll ice my heel tonight just in case.

This really was an unremarkable run. 3.7 miles, 35:28 total time, average pace 9:36.
