Hard easy run

Went out tonight for a short run. Probably should have been an easy one, but with the stress I've felt the past two days, it turned into a "beat myself up to forget the troubles" run.

Around 65° F when I left. Overcast, gray sky. Warm enough for short sleeves and shorts (once I warmed up).

3.69 miles. Total time 35:07. Average pace 9:31 per mile.
