Mid-week long(-ish) run
Got up early and wanted to run. Needed to, really, especially since I weighed in at 186.5 (see previous post for why I was up a pound and a half).
So I ran my 5 mile loop. Haven't measured it exactly, I will do that when i'm at a better computer. But my pace was around 10:40 most of the way, and I finished in 56:14, which would indicate that it's almost a 5.5 mile loop. We'll see.
