Workin' it
I mistakenly set my alarm for 5:00 PM, and woke up with a start around 5:45 AM. But I still went out for a 3.5+ mile run (took around 38:00) while the temperature was in the mid-60s. Then hopped on my bike and biked to work!
Oh, and my weight was still 190 lbs even. Argh. But hopefully it will drop again. Thirty day trend dropped back down to 190.2.
