Keep moving
I weighed in at 194.5 this morning, but that might be because I slept in later than normal (was late for work). Still, it might be because I was pretty good calorie-wise yesterday.
Tonight after work and after delicious pizza I walked a mile or so from the bus stop to home.
Later I ran-in-place inside for 40 minutes. It was difficult to go fast and keep it fast. But it still felt kinda easy, even though I stopped a couple of brief times.
I'm craving a donut now (even though I am not hungry) but I will not give in.
