Steady
I almost slipped up last night and bought a donut, a delicious apple-filled bear claw, last night when I was walking back from the video store. I say "almost" because I almost bought more than one donut. But the single delicious bear claw I bought, coupled with my self-restraint all day, still kept me under calories for the day.
So when I woke up this morning and weighed in at 195 even, I was pleased. Until I plugged that weight into the calculator at Calorie Count and found that my trend is now steady at 196.2 and has been for the last couple of days. Ugh. I need to be very good today calorie-wise and exercise-wise so that I can get past this.
It's pouring down rain so running outside is going to be a pain in the kiester. I was considering hills or a tempo run today but that probably won't happen. I'll have to settle for indoor calisthenics.
