Running again
I ran about 2 miles last night, and managed to keep my calorie count under 1800 (I'm uncertain of the exact count because I was eating leftovers from Montage).
And I'm down a half-pound to 197 this morning, although the trend is working its way back up again. Which might be because of the rich Montage dinner and rich Papa Haydn dessert I had Wednesday night.
Oh, but the running. It felt a teeny tiny bit easier than last Monday. I only stopped to walk three times total, including the water break at the turn-around point.
I think I'm aiming for a 4 mile run this weekend.
