Extending
The weather is awesome and I'm in a good mood.
I ran my 3.5 mile loop tonight for the first time in, probably, months. At least it feels like that without going back and checking.
I started a stop watch before I left the house, and subtracting the ~3 minutes walking before and after, I ran it in around 40 minutes, which is, simply, great, considering how I'm basically starting over.
I "celebrated" with a chicken and pepperjack sandwich. Yum.
