Fresh start
I ran tonight.
Weather was awesome, sunny, just a hint of wind.
I strapped on my trusty Brooks, shorts and technical shirt, sunglasses, cap.
I ran my old 3 mile loop. Took walk breaks every mile or so. Went slow. Stopped for water twice.
I have no idea how fast or slow I was.
I simply did it.
Felt great.
