3.0 miles - gym
Too hot to run outside last night. If it's going to continue to be so hot, I should be running in the morning, or going to the gym. Last night I chose the gym.
I kept it dead-simple - 10:00 pace for the first two miles, then pushed up to a 9:31 pace for the last mile. Music was a random selection.
Thought about going another mile but I was already drenched in sweat (poor girl next to me) and didn't have a towel, plus I don't want to pile up too many miles early in the week because I'm going to do another long run next weekend.
